A. All of our bedrooms can accommodate up to 3 small dogs or 2/3 large dogs.

A. Dogs are allowed into all of our public rooms except the Restaurant & Conservatory which is where we serve all of our food.(and of course the kitchen!)

A. We charge £10.00 per dog and this includes the following per dog; we put a bed, towel, feeding mat, bowl, treats, poo bags and a sachet of dog food into your room for your dog’s delight.

6. Do we need to bring our dog’s own bed and belongings?
A. As mentioned in question 5 we do provide everything your dog may need whilst on holiday including a bed, however we do suggest that you bring your dog’s own bedding as this often helps them to settle and enjoy their holiday at Blagdon Manor.)

7. We have a new puppy, can we bring it with us?
A. For puppies we ask that if they are under 6 months old they are not left in the bedroom unattended unless in a doggie crate – we do have one you can borrow. They must also be up to date with their injections.

8. Will our dogs mix with other dogs at the hotel?
A. Yes, we are extremely dog friendly and welcome all our guests’ well-behaved dogs. However, we do insist that all visiting dogs should be completely up to date with their vaccinations. There are 20 acres here at Blagdon Manor in which you and other owners can safely exercise your dogs and meet other dogs.

9. What can we do if our dog gets wet or muddy while out walking?
A. There is a covered courtyard area by the back door of the Hotel where you can dry off dogs after a wet walk – there are always lots of towels available for you to use – you can also leave boots & coats here and if you prefer feed your dogs here.

10. What do guests do with their dogs whilst they eat in the restaurant?
A. You’re free to leave your dog in your room or some guests prefer to keep their dog in their car during meal times. We do have a doggie crate to borrow, if you prefer your dog to stay in it, in the bedroom whist you dine, just inform Liz when you make your booking.

And finally....although we love dogs we ask you to be aware that not all of our guests staying will have dogs, so please can you ensure that in the public areas your dogs are always under control, not allowed to wander into the Restaurant/Kitchen or upset other guests. And as in any hotel, dogs are not allowed on the furniture and if on the rare occasion any damage occurred this would need to be paid for.
